We aim to connect to the elements of nature and use it as a tool to improve mental health and share lessons that can guide us to achieve our true potential.
What to expect from
the Roots Garden?
Located in North West London, the EPIC Roots Garden is collaborating with local boroughs and organisations to create projects for the community and young people.
Furthermore, all the food we plant in the EPIC Roots Garden will be used to cook plant based meals to feed attendees of the EPIC events. We want to emphasise the importance of eating well for both body and mind.
